About us

Built by data people, for the teams who actually work the pipeline.

MySpaceScout is the prospecting workspace we always wanted: preview counts, suppress duplicates before billing, and turn a good search into a repeatable worker.

Our story

We got tired of paying for contacts we already owned.

After years of running contact operations for Scouts and sales teams, we watched the same pattern repeat: buy a list, dedupe against the CRM, discover half of it was already there, argue about the invoice. So we built the opposite.

MySpaceScout was created by the team behind Retreva to fix the front of the pipeline. Every design decision — live counts before purchase, suppression-first billing, saved Space Workers, credit-only pricing — comes from that fatigue. If a contact is already yours, or if a search returns nothing, you don't pay for it.

What we believe

Four principles guide every feature.

If a decision would break one of these, we don't ship it.

Preview before you pay

See what's out there before spending a credit. No blind bulk buys, no surprise overages.

Suppression is a feature, not a fee

We remove what you already have before we bill anything. That's the default, not an upsell.

Automate the boring parts

Repeatable Space Workers replace one-off exports so pipelines stay filled without babysitting.

Own your destination

Retreva, Zapier, Make, or nowhere yet. Your data goes where your team already works.

Who we serve

Scouts, agencies, and revenue teams.

From solo Scouts running lean to agency teams managing multiple books, MySpaceScout scales to how you already work.

  • Sales & RevOps teams
Keep reps out of list-building and inside conversations.
  • Growth agencies
Deliver refreshed audiences to every client without duplicate billing.
  • Independent Scouts
Run repeatable workflows without hiring a data team.
