Terms of Service
Last updated: January 15, 2026. These terms govern how Scouts and their organizations use MySpaceScout.

Agreement
By creating a Scout account or using MySpaceScout, you agree to these terms. If you're using the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.
Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that happens under your Scout account. Notify support@myspacescout.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Credits and billing
MySpaceScout is prepaid. Credits are consumed when usable, non-suppressed contact data is delivered. Suppressed records and no-result searches do not consume credits. Credits are non-refundable except where required by law.
Acceptable use
Contact data delivered through the service must be used lawfully. See the Acceptable Use Policy for the full list of prohibited uses. Violations may result in suspension or termination with no refund of remaining credits.
Data license
Contact data delivered to your Space Worker destination is licensed for your organization's own outreach and enrichment. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly post raw contact records.
Suppression and destinations
You are responsible for maintaining accurate suppression lists and destination configurations (Retreva, Zapier, Make, or delayed). We apply the suppression signals available to us at the time a Space Worker runs.
Service availability
We work to keep MySpaceScout available and performant, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance, upstream data provider issues, and unavoidable outages may occur.
Warranties and disclaimers
MySpaceScout is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We disclaim implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Contact data is sourced from third parties and delivered as-is; we do not guarantee 100% accuracy of any single record.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MySpaceScout's total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may cancel your Scout account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will do so.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days before taking effect.
